Account deletion

Delete your AloTCI account.

AloTCI members can initiate account deletion inside the app from Profile → Account → Delete Account. This page explains the same process for the web and App Store review.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your AloTCI login from Supabase Auth and deletes or removes associated profile, posts, replies, space memberships, follows, blocks, and reports where the database schema allows cascade deletion. Some records may be retained if required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or moderation integrity.

How to request deletion

  1. Log in to AloTCI.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Find Safety and account tools.
  4. Choose Delete Account and confirm by typing DELETE.

If you cannot log in

Email support@alotci.com from the email address connected to your AloTCI account. Support may ask for verification before processing the request.

After deletion

You are signed out automatically. If you create a new account later, it starts as a new AloTCI account.
